(сберегательная) облигация серии НН* (серия американских сберегательных облигаций, выпускаемая с 1980 г.; облигации этой серии представляют собой купонные ценные бумаги с номинальной стоимостью от 500 долл. до 10 тыс. долл. с купонный доходом, выплачиваемым раз в полгода; срок обращения — 10 лет, но может продлеваться до 20 лет; размещаются по номинальной стоимости в обмен на погашаемые облигации серии EE; купить такую облигацию нельзя, можно только обменять на облигацию серии EE)
